10002: Trial accounts do not support the feature you tried to use

This error occurs when your account is still in trial mode and your request attempts to use a feature that is limited to full accounts. Trial accounts have product-specific restrictions, and some Phone Numbers capabilities are available only after you upgrade.
- Your account is still a trial account, and the request attempted to use a feature that is limited to full accounts.
- You attempted to use functionality that is restricted during trial, such as a capability that requires an upgraded account before it can be enabled.
- If you were working with Phone Numbers, you may have tried to provision more than one number, buy a number on a trial subaccount, or request a number that is not available to trial accounts. (help.twilio.com)
- Upgrade your account in Console, then try the request again.
- Review your trial restrictions to confirm whether the feature you want to use is available before upgrade.
- If you need a different Twilio number during trial, release the current trial number first. If you need more than one number, need a number that is not offered to trial accounts, or need to buy numbers on a subaccount, upgrade the account. (help.twilio.com)
