10003: Incoming call rejected due to inactive account
ERROR
This error occurs when an incoming call reaches your Twilio application, but the call is not answered because the project was inactive at the time.
- Your project balance reached zero or a negative amount, which suspended the project.
- The subaccount that owns the phone number was suspended.
- The project was suspended because of a Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violation.
- Check your Twilio project balance. Add funds if the balance is zero or negative.
- If you recently added funds, allow 5 to 10 minutes for reactivation. Then sign out and sign back in to refresh Console if the project still appears suspended.
- Set a recharge or balance notification trigger to help prevent future suspensions.
- Contact Twilio Support if you believe the project was suspended for a compliance reason or you are not sure why the project is inactive.
