10004: Call concurrency limit exceeded
ERROR
This error occurs when a new Voice call would exceed the number of active calls allowed on your account. Concurrent calls are the total number of inbound and outbound calls on the account at the same time. Trial accounts and some upgraded accounts without an approved Primary Customer Profile have reduced concurrency.
- Your trial account has reached its concurrent call limit.
- Your upgraded account does not have an approved Primary Customer Profile, so concurrent call capacity is still limited.
- Your account has reached another Twilio-defined concurrency limit for Voice calls.
- If you are using a trial account, upgrade the account to move beyond trial concurrency limits.
- Create and submit a Primary Customer Profile in Trust Hub. An approved Business Primary Customer Profile removes limited concurrency for eligible Voice accounts.
- If you need more call capacity than your account currently allows, contact your Twilio account team or Twilio Support.
