The call was rejected because you reached the maximum limit of concurrent calls available for your account.
- Trial accounts and newly upgraded accounts without an approved Primary Customer Profile have limited concurrent calls.
- Your account has reached other Twilio defined concurrency limits.
- Upgrade your account and create a Primary Business Profile to remove concurrent call limitations.
- Reach out to your Twilio account team or Twilio support to request additional capacity.
