## Description

The authorized contact did not respond to the verification email requesting confirmation of brand details and Letter of Authorization (LOA).

### Possible causes

* The verification email may have been routed to spam, the brand contact email on the submission may be incorrect or no longer active.

### Possible solutions

* Verify that the authorized contact email on the registration is correct, active, and monitored by the authorized contact. Check spam and junk folders for the verification email.
