# 18605: Unable to verify Authorized representative #2.&#x20;

## Description

Twilio returns this error when Twilio cannot verify the identity of Authorized Representative #2 or confirm that this person is affiliated with the business in your profile. Twilio may reach out to authorized representatives during vetting. Twilio rejects a profile when required information is missing, incorrect, or cannot be validated.

### Possible causes

* The details for Authorized Representative #2 are missing, incomplete, or incorrect in the profile submission.
* Authorized Representative #2 does not appear to be a real person who is authorized to represent the business.
* The representative's identity could not be verified from the submitted information or supporting documents.
* The submitted business records do not show that Authorized Representative #2 is associated with the business.

### Possible solutions

* Review the Authorized Representative #2 section and provide the representative's full first name, last name, email, phone number, business title, and job position.
* Make sure Authorized Representative #2 is a real person who can confirm the business and its use case, and not a generic team or role.
* Update the profile so the representative's information matches the submitted identity details and business records.
* Edit the rejected profile in Trust Hub, correct the information shown in the rejection reason, and resubmit the profile for review.
* If you still cannot complete verification after updating the profile, contact Support for help with the review outcome.
