Twilio couldn't shorten the links in your message because the Link Shortening service encountered an application failure.

• A temporary interruption or outage affected Twilio Link Shortening.

• File a support ticket and include the Message SID.
• If you want Twilio to send the message with the original long links when link shortening fails, set ContinueOnFailure to true for the Link Shortening domain.
