30445: Toll Free verification rejection - Could not validate business information

This error means your toll-free verification submission was rejected because the business information in the request could not be validated. As of January 31, 2024, messaging traffic on an unverified toll-free number is blocked until the number is verified.
- The business name or business address in the submission could not be confirmed.
- The
BusinessWebsitevalue is not reviewable because the URL is not live, is inaccessible, requires a login, points to an aggregator or ISV site, or uses a placeholder or generic page. - The submission includes ISV details instead of the end-user business information for the business that the consumer is actually engaging with.
- Required business contact or address fields are incomplete, use placeholder values such as
N/A, or do not represent the end business's physical location and contact details. (help.twilio.com)
- Review and correct the business information so it accurately represents the business that collects consent and sends messages to the consumer. Confirm
BusinessName,BusinessStreetAddress,BusinessCity,BusinessStateProvinceRegion,BusinessPostalCode,BusinessCountry,BusinessContactFirstName,BusinessContactLastName,BusinessContactEmail,BusinessContactPhone, andBusinessWebsite. - Submit the end-user business information, not the ISV's information, unless the ISV is the sole content creator and the messaging is clearly branded as the ISV. - Edit the rejected toll-free verification and resubmit it from Console after you correct the invalid business details. If the rejection is eligible for resubmission, submit the correction within seven days to keep priority review.
