Deleting a Brand with Active Campaigns is Not Allowed

Brands that have active A2P 10DLC campaigns cannot be deleted. Before attempting to delete the brand, you must first remove or deactivate all associated campaigns. This restriction ensures compliance with campaign registration and prevents disruptions to ongoing messaging.

The brand is linked to one or more active A2P 10DLC campaigns.

• Remove or deactivate all associated A2P 10DLC campaigns before attempting to delete the brand.
• Check your registered campaigns in the Twilio Console or via API.
