You can't register a Sole Proprietor brand with an email address that has already reached the allowed reuse limit. For Sole Proprietor A2P brand registrations, the email address in the Starter customer profile can be used no more than 10 times across all A2P brand registrations with TCR.
- The Starter customer profile for this Sole Proprietor brand uses an email address that has already been used in 10 A2P brand registrations.
- The same email address was used for A2P 10DLC registration with another provider, and that usage also counts toward the TCR limit.
- The registration request reused a Starter customer profile that still contains an email address that has already reached the maximum allowed registrations.
- Edit the Starter customer profile and replace the email address with one that has not reached the duplicate threshold.
- Submit the updated Starter customer profile for review, then resubmit the Sole Proprietor brand registration request.
- If you are registering through the API, update the customer profile email, resubmit the profile bundle, allow validation to complete, and then retry the brand registration.
- Use the actual customer's email address for the Starter customer profile instead of a shared address that may already be associated with other Sole Proprietor brand registrations.
