30753: Brand Registration Failure: Unsupported email address
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error appears when the email submitted for A2P 10DLC brand registration is not accepted. Registration can fail when the email address is not well formatted, uses an unknown or disposable domain, or uses a personal or generic domain that is not accepted for brand contact verification.
- The email address is not well formatted, or the domain uses invalid address syntax.
- The domain is unknown, disposable, or otherwise not supported for brand registration.
- For registrations that use Authentication+, the
brand_contact_emailuses a free, personal, or generic domain instead of a business or organizational domain associated with your brand. - The email value in the customer profile or brand details is invalid and must be replaced with a functional email address before you resubmit the registration.
- Update the rejected email to a well-formatted address with a valid, non-disposable domain, then resubmit the profile or brand registration.
- If the rejected field is
brand_contact_email, use an email address on a business or organizational domain that is clearly associated with your brand. Avoid free or generic providers such asgmail.comoryahoo.com. - If you corrected a brand contact email used for Authentication+, trigger the 2FA verification again in Console or through the 2FA Verification resource, then have the contact complete verification before the deadline in the email.
- If your business domain should qualify but the registration still fails, contact Twilio Support for review.
