30894: Campaign vetting rejection - Invalid Brand Information
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error means your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected during vetting because the brand information in the campaign submission does not match the business behind the messaging program. If you register on behalf of customers, make sure the campaign is tied to the actual sender and that the campaign details align with the registered brand.
- The campaign was submitted under a brand that is not the business actually sending the messages.
- If you are an ISV, the registration uses your platform or ISV details instead of your customer's business details.
- The campaign description does not match the registered brand details, such as the sender identity, website, or business context. (help.twilio.com)
- If you are an ISV registering a direct offering, the campaign description does not clearly indicate that the offering is direct.
- Register the campaign under the brand that actually sends the messages. If you are onboarding customers, use that customer's business details when you create the Customer Profile and Brand.
- Update the campaign description so it clearly identifies who is sending the messages, who receives them, and why they are being sent. Make sure the description matches the registered brand details and the selected use case.
- If you are an ISV with a direct offering, state that clearly in the campaign description before you resubmit the campaign.
- Edit the failed campaign and resubmit it after correcting the brand information. Delete and recreate the campaign only if the failure is tied to the associated Brand rather than the Campaign details.
