30907: Campaign vetting rejection - Website URL Validation Issue
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error means your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected because the website URL in your registration doesn't match the brand, campaign purpose, consent flow, or sample messages you submitted. Reviewers compare the website, campaign description, opt-in flow, and sample messages to confirm that they all identify the same sender and the same messaging use case.
- The submitted website URL doesn't represent the same business as the registered brand.
- The website isn't functional or doesn't relate to the business name in the registration.
- The website content describes a different business, product, or campaign purpose than the campaign details you submitted.
- Your campaign description,
message_flow, or sample messages reference a different brand name, domain, or use case than the website URL you provided. - Your sample messages don't identify the brand by name or website.
- Your registration uses a website-based opt-in flow, but the required consent details are missing, not publicly accessible, or don't match the campaign.
- If you are registering on behalf of a customer, you submitted your own platform or company website instead of the end customer's business website.
- Submit a live business website that represents the same business named in your brand registration.
- Update the website URL, business name, campaign description, consent flow, and sample messages so they all describe the same sender and the same messaging use case.
- If customers opt in on your website, include the website URL in
message_flowand make sure the site includes both a privacy policy and terms of service. - Include a privacy policy link when the opt-in flow is website-based. Make sure the privacy policy covers non-sharing of mobile numbers, message frequency, and a message and data rates disclosure.
- If the opt-in flow or other supporting content isn't publicly accessible on the website, provide a public URL to hosted screenshots of the relevant pages.
- Update your sample messages so they align with the campaign description and identify the brand by name or website.
- If you are an ISV, register the end customer's actual brand and business website instead of your own company website.
- After you correct the registration details, update and resubmit the campaign for review.
