This error occurs when your A2P 10DLC campaign reuses the same or nearly identical text across multiple registration fields. Write the campaign description, message flow, and sample messages as separate, field-specific explanations so reviewers can verify your use case, consent flow, and representative message content.
- You used the same boilerplate text in
description,message_flow, andmessage_samplesinstead of providing a distinct explanation for each field. - Your campaign description is too generic and does not clearly explain who is sending the messages, who will receive them, and why the messages are sent.
- Your message flow does not clearly describe how end users opt in, or it repeats text from another field instead of documenting the consent workflow.
- Your sample messages do not reflect the actual campaign, do not align with the registered use case, or do not show representative message variations.
- Rewrite each registration field for its specific purpose. In
description, explain who sends the messages, who receives them, and why the messages are sent. - Update
message_flowwith a complete, verifiable opt-in workflow. List every opt-in method you use, and include the relevant website, terms, privacy policy, or hosted screenshots when the opt-in flow is not publicly accessible. - Replace duplicate sample text with representative sample messages that match the campaign use case. Provide two to five sample messages, identify the brand in each message, and use
