30926: Campaign rejected: Multiple companies cannot share a single campaign
MESSAGING, PHONE NUMBERS
ERROR
This error occurs when your A2P 10DLC campaign submission represents more than one company or brand. A2P 10DLC registration requires you to register a Brand that identifies the sender and a Campaign that represents a single messaging use case for that Brand. For ISVs, each Brand belongs to a single Customer Profile, and each Campaign belongs to one Brand.
- Your campaign description, website, opt-in flow, or sample messages reference more than one company, or they do not consistently identify the same brand. (help.twilio.com)
- You registered your own company as the Brand, but you actually send messages on behalf of customer brands that should be registered separately. (help.twilio.com)
- You tried to use one campaign for multiple subsidiaries, franchises, or client businesses with different brand identities. A Campaign belongs to one Brand, so this structure is rejected during review.
- Register a separate Brand for each company or client that sends messages. Then create each Campaign under the correct Brand.
- Update the campaign so the brand name, website, consent materials, and sample messages all describe the same sender. (help.twilio.com)
- Make sure each sample message identifies the brand by name or website and matches the selected campaign use case.
- If one company has multiple legitimate messaging programs, keep them under the same Brand and create separate Campaigns for each use case instead of combining multiple brands in one Campaign. Standard and Low-Volume Standard Brands can register up to five Campaigns.
