30971: Campaign rejected: Business email must use official domain
MESSAGING, PHONE NUMBERS
ERROR
Your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected because the business contact email address uses a free or unofficial email domain. Campaign registration requires that the contact email use your company's official domain (for example, name@yourcompany.com) rather than a generic consumer email provider. This requirement helps verify the legitimacy of the business and its association with the registering entity.
- Free email provider used: The contact email uses a free email service such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or Outlook.com instead of a company domain.
- Personal email submitted: A personal email address was provided instead of an official business email.
- Domain mismatch: The email domain does not match the business name or website domain provided in the registration.
- Use your official business email: Update the contact email to one that uses your company's official domain (for example, yourname@yourcompany.com).
- Verify domain ownership: Ensure the email domain matches the business website and registered business name.
- Set up a business email: If your company does not yet have a custom email domain, set one up through your domain registrar or an email hosting provider before resubmitting.
- Once corrected, resubmit your campaign for review.
- If you need assistance, contact support.
