32115: X-Branded-CallReason header contains an invalid value.
SIP TRUNKING
ERROR
Twilio returns this error when the X-Branded-CallReason SIP header includes a value that Twilio cannot accept. For this error, the documented cause is a call reason that exceeds the 50 character limit for the header value. Branded Calling call reasons must also accurately describe the reason for the call and follow Twilio's content restrictions.
- The value in
X-Branded-CallReasonis longer than 50 characters. - The call reason does not clearly describe why you are calling.
- The call reason includes content that Branded Calling does not allow, such as non-ASCII or control characters, hyperlinks, misleading content, emojis, non-Latin characters, or personal information.
- Shorten the
X-Branded-CallReasonvalue so it stays within 50 characters before you send the SIP request. - Use plain language that accurately describes the purpose of the call.
- Remove unsupported content from the call reason, including links, emojis, special or non-ASCII characters, and any personal information.
- If you are using Branded Calling, review your configured call reason against the current Branded Calling restrictions, then resend the call with a corrected header value.
