37007: WhatsApp Voice: Business-initiated calling is not available in the country

The business-initiated WhatsApp call failed because this feature is not available in the country associated with the From number's country code. To use business-initiated calling, the country code must be in the list of supported countries. For more information and the complete list of supported countries, please refer to Meta's WhatsApp Business Calling API documentation.
