# 572002: The 'From' number isn't assigned to this verified Messaging recipient

## Description

This error occurs when you send a message from a trial account using a 'From' number that isn't the trial number assigned to the verified recipient you're messaging. During a trial, Twilio assigns a trial phone number to each verified recipient, and the assigned number can differ by product and by recipient.

### Possible causes

* The 'From' number in the request isn't the trial number assigned to this verified recipient for Messaging.
* The request uses a trial number assigned to a different verified recipient or to a different product.

### Possible solutions

* Check the Twilio Console to find the trial number assigned to this verified recipient for Messaging.
* Send the message again using the assigned trial number as the 'From' number.
