# 572006: Invalid template name

## Description

This error occurs when you send an SMS message from a trial account using a template name that Twilio doesn't recognize. Trial accounts can use only predefined SMS templates.

### Possible causes

* The template name in the request doesn't match a predefined SMS template.
* The request uses a custom message body or a custom template, which trial accounts don't support.

### Possible solutions

* Use one of the predefined SMS templates. See [Pre-defined content](/docs/usage/trials#pre-defined-content) and [Try out SMS Messaging](/docs/usage/trials/try-out-sms) for the available templates.
* Check the template name for typos.
