# 572007: Adding verified recipients isn't available for this account

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error occurs when you try to add a verified recipient to an account that isn't allowed to add verified recipients. Whether you can add verified recipients depends on your account's trial status and account restrictions.

### Possible causes

* The trial has expired. Trial accounts expire 30 days after sign-up.
* Your account has reached the maximum of five verified recipients.
* The phone number you're adding is already a verified recipient on the maximum of three accounts.
* Your account has restrictions that prevent it from adding verified recipients.

### Possible solutions

* Check your trial status in the Twilio Console and confirm that your trial hasn't expired.
* Review the [verified recipients](/docs/usage/trials#verified-recipients) limits for trial accounts.
* [Upgrade your account](/docs/usage/trials#upgrade-your-account) to send messages and make calls without verified recipient restrictions.
