## Description

Your message to an Australian phone number (+61) was blocked because your account does not have required business information. Under local Australian regulation, senders are required to provide Business Legal Name and Business Registration number before they can send messages to Australian destinations.

### Possible causes

* Missing Business Profile: You have not created a Business Profile in the Twilio Trust Hub or missing necessary business information.
* Pending Approval: You have submitted a Business Profile, but it has not yet reached the "Approved" status.

### Possible solutions

To resume sending traffic to Australia, you must demonstrate a proof of association with a registered business Navigate to the Twilio Console to create a Primary Customer Profile and provide your Business Legal Name, your Australian Business Number (ABN) or an equivalent government-issued registration number from your home country.
