60402: Mapper Error

ERROR
This error occurs when Verify cannot map an Entity into the expected format. In Verify, an Entity represents the user or identity being verified and can contain multiple Factors.
- The Entity record returned by Verify is in an unexpected format.
- A related Factor record contains data that Verify cannot map correctly for the Entity.
- An existing Verify Push or Verify TOTP enrollment is no longer usable and needs to be recreated.
- The Entity
identityused for the enrollment is not a stable external identifier in the expected format.
- Create a new Factor for the affected Entity and complete factor verification again.
- Delete the affected Factor and register the device or TOTP seed again if the existing enrollment is no longer usable.
- Verify that the Entity
identityis immutable, between 8 and 64 characters, and contains only dash-separated alphanumeric characters. - If the problem continues for the same user, delete the Entity and recreate it before creating a new Factor.
