60603: SendGrid maximum credits exceeded
VERIFY
ERROR
This error occurs when Verify tries to send an email verification through your SendGrid integration, but the linked SendGrid Email API account cannot send more email. This usually means the account has reached its available credits or sending limit. The Verify request returns HTTP status 401.
- Your SendGrid Email API account is on a free trial or end-of-trial plan and has reached its available daily credits.
- Your SendGrid account was downgraded to a free or end-of-trial state after a billing change or account reactivation.
- Your SendGrid Email API plan has reached its sending limit for the current billing period.
- You upgraded the Marketing Campaigns plan instead of the SendGrid Email API plan.
- You recently upgraded the SendGrid Email API plan, but the payment for the prorated charges has not completed yet.
- Your account is frozen because the payment method on file is invalid or a charge was declined.
- Open your SendGrid account and check Settings > Account Details > Your Products. Confirm that the Email API plan is active and matches the volume you need for verification emails.
- If your account is on a free trial or end-of-trial plan, wait for the limit to reset if you are still within the trial allowance, or upgrade the Email API plan.
- If you need higher sending volume, upgrade the SendGrid Email API plan instead of the Marketing Campaigns plan.
- If you upgraded recently, confirm that your payment method is valid and that the new plan has been paid for successfully.
- Review your recent email verification volume in SendGrid so you can confirm whether you hit the current plan limit.
- If your account was downgraded unexpectedly or remains blocked after you update billing, contact SendGrid support.
