63059: Phone number migrated to a different WhatsApp Business Account

This error occurs when the WhatsApp phone number in your request is associated with a different WhatsApp Business Account than the one you are using. Twilio uses configuration.wabaId to identify the WhatsApp Business Account for a sender.
- The phone number is linked to a different WhatsApp Business Account than the one in your request.
- The phone number was migrated or re-registered under a different WhatsApp Business Account, but your request still uses the previous WABA ID.
- The
configuration.wabaIdvalue in your Sender request does not match the WhatsApp Business Account currently associated with the phone number. - The phone number is being registered or managed from the wrong Twilio account or subaccount. The phone number must belong to the account or subaccount where you register the WhatsApp sender.
- In your Meta Business Portfolio, find the phone number and confirm the WhatsApp Business Account currently associated with it. Use that WABA ID in every request for this sender.
- If you recently migrated the number, make sure you selected the existing Meta Business Portfolio and completed registration in the correct WhatsApp Business Account. Selecting a different Meta Business Portfolio or WABA during registration results in an error.
- If you are creating or updating the sender through the Senders API, verify that
configuration.wabaIdmatches the sender's current WhatsApp Business Account. - Confirm that the phone number belongs to the same Twilio account or subaccount where you are registering the WhatsApp sender.
- If you still cannot identify the correct WABA ID or complete the migration, contact Twilio Support.
