63112: Meta disabled the WhatsApp Business Account connected to this Sender
MESSAGING, WHATSAPP
ERROR
This error occurs when Meta disables the Meta Business Portfolio or WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) linked to your WhatsApp sender, or when Meta business verification for that business is still pending. If you deleted a sender and are registering the same number again, leaving Two-Factor Authentication enabled in WhatsApp Manager can also prevent the sender from being registered.
- Meta disabled the connected business account because of policy violations, spam or unsolicited messaging, inappropriate content, or repeated user reports.
- Meta business verification is incomplete or still pending, which prevents you from moving into production with WhatsApp Business API features.
- Required information or documents were not fully submitted during business verification.
- You deleted a WhatsApp sender and tried to re-register the same number without turning off Two-Factor Authentication in WhatsApp Manager.
- In Meta's Security Center, check your business verification status and complete any pending verification steps before you retry registration or move the sender into production.
- In Meta Business settings, review the notifications for the connected WABA and resolve the issue Meta identified before you retry onboarding or sending.
- Update your messaging program so it complies with WhatsApp business policies and approved use cases before you submit an appeal or try again.
- If you are re-registering a number after deleting a sender, open WhatsApp Manager and turn off Two-Factor Authentication for that number first.
- If the sender still cannot be registered after you complete verification and remove Two-Factor Authentication, contact Support for help with the remaining registration issue.
