80207: No unreserved numbers in proxy pool.

ERROR: 80207

PROXY
ERROR

This error occurs when Proxy needs to automatically assign a proxy number to a participant, but no unreserved number in the Service's pool matches that request. Proxy excludes reserved numbers from automatic selection. If you do not provide proxyIdentifier, Proxy selects a number from the pool for you.

Possible causes

possible-causes page anchor
  • Every candidate number in the Proxy pool that matches the participant is reserved, so Proxy has nothing it can auto-assign.
  • Your Service configuration narrows the set of eligible numbers. Proxy matches participants to numbers in the same country by default, and GeoMatchLevel can require a more specific area match in North America.
  • You expected Proxy to use a reserved number automatically. Reserved numbers are excluded from automatic selection unless you assign them explicitly to a participant.
  • Unreserve at least one phone number in the Service that matches the participant you are adding. Proxy can only auto-assign numbers that are not reserved.
  • Add an unreserved phone number in the required geography to the Proxy pool. Review GeoMatchLevel and make sure the pool contains an eligible number for that participant's country or area.
  • If you want to use a reserved number for a specific participant, provide proxyIdentifier or proxyIdentifierSid when you create the Participant so Proxy uses that number explicitly instead of auto-selecting from the pool.
