86002 indicates that the provider tied to the credential ended the Voice session because the credential no longer has available credit or has reached a provider-side spending limit. Check the provider account that backs the credential before you retry the session.

  • The provider account associated with the credential has exhausted its available credit.
  • The provider account or credential has reached a maximum monthly spend limit.
  • If you use SIP authentication, the session can be using a credential from a credential list that is mapped to your SIP Domain.
  • Add credits or funds to the provider account associated with the credential, then retry the session.
  • Increase the provider-side monthly spend limit if the account has reached its cap.
  • If you use SIP authentication, review the credential list mapped to your SIP Domain and confirm that the session is using the intended credential.
