92009: The template associated with this SID has already been submitted for approval.

This error occurs when you submit a content template for WhatsApp approval and the same template SID has already been submitted. Twilio expects you to create a new template copy before making changes, because editing an existing template from the details page is not supported.

• You tried to submit the same ContentSid for WhatsApp approval more than once.
• You made changes to an existing template instead of duplicating it first. Twilio only supports making changes by duplicating a template.

• Duplicate the template, make your changes in the new copy, and submit the duplicate for approval.
• Create a new template with a new HX SID before resubmitting for approval.
• If you are using the Console, choose Save and submit for WhatsApp approval only when the template is ready to be reviewed.
