Twilio encountered an internal error while processing a Conversation Intelligence request. Use the Twilio Console Debugger to inspect the failed execution details and identify the affected resource.

Possible causes

  • An internal Conversation Intelligence service issue interrupted processing.
  • A Conversation Intelligence execution failed before Twilio could complete transcript analysis or return a result.
  • A downstream Conversation Intelligence operation, such as a language operator execution, encountered an internal failure.
  • Open Twilio Console and go to Develop > Troubleshoot > Debugger. Filter by source conversation-intelligence to review the Log SID, Resource SID, event type, timestamp, and log body for the failed execution.
  • Use the debugger details to confirm which Conversation Intelligence execution failed and whether the issue is isolated or recurring.
  • If the error persists, contact Twilio Support and include the Log SID, Resource SID, timestamp, and the steps that led to the failure.
