# Regulatory compliance

Register your phone numbers, messaging, and voice use cases to meet applicable regulatory requirements outside of Canada and the United States.

To create a registration for a regulatory compliance program:

1. Navigate to **Products & services** > **Trust Hub** > [**Registrations**](https://1console.twilio.com/us1/develop/trusthub/registrations/a2p-brands/brands).
2. Select the **Regulatory Compliance** tab on the Registrations page.
3. Click **Create registration**.
4. Provide details about the number and its intended use, including :
   * Where are the customers you want to communicate with?
   * What type of phone number are you registering?.
   * Who will this number be registered to: an individual or a business?
   * Are you a direct customer or an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), reseller, partner?
   * If you're an ISV, will you assign this number to your end customers?
