For Local Brazilian numbers, the following is required:

  • Required documents (as attachments):

    • Geographic Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed by an authorized user and/or owner of the number(s). Note that the information on your LOA must match the authorized username and service address provided by your current carrier.  

    • Brazil Portability Request Form with information regarding the numbers 

    • Latest invoice (phone bill) dated not longer than 3 months ago

    • Government-issued ID showing Brazilian address (for individuals) or Local Tax ID - CNPJ (for companies) - please share a copy of the document with us.

  • Required information (in writing):

    • Full name

    • Identity document number or registration number in the register of the Ministry of Finance, in the case of a natural person

    • Record number in the register of the Ministry of Finance, in case of legal entities

    • Full address

    • E-mail 

    • Telephone 

Timeframe

Porting Toll-Free & Local phone numbers:

  • Once you've submitted all required documentation/information, up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the port and time required by the current service provider.

Porting National phone numbers:

  • Once you've submitted all required documentation/information, up to 5-7 weeks, depending on the complexity of the port and time required by the current service provider.
