  • Certificate of tax payment of the local corporate entity.
  • Utility bill of the local office address.

*Japan Local Numbers are not available for Resellers (including Resellers who intends to purchase Local 0ABJs phone numbers for their own use). Customers are likely to be considered Resellers of Japanese phone numbers if they are not the end-user of the phone number.

**Notice: Resellers of Japanese Phone Numbers must provide valid Telecommunications Numbering Use Plan (TNUP) listing Twilio Japan GK as a wholesale partner.  See Notice to Resellers (November 2022)
