11004: Business Registration Validation Failed.

This error occurs when the Business Registration Number in your linked profile or registration does not meet validation requirements. Use EIN or DUNS as the registration authority and provide a valid 9-digit identifier that matches the registered business before you resubmit.

• The linked profile or registration uses a business registration authority other than EIN or DUNS.
• The Business Registration Number is invalid, incorrectly formatted, or not associated with the registered business.
• The number includes extra characters, spaces, or symbols.

• Update the linked Business Profile or registration to use EIN or DUNS as the business registration authority where required for Voice Integrity or CNAM.
• Enter the Business Registration Number exactly as issued to the business. Use a valid 9-digit value and remove spaces or special characters.
• Confirm that the legal business name and registration number in the profile match the registered business details before you submit again.
• If the Customer Profile was rejected, review the rejection reason, correct the business information, and resubmit the profile or registration.
