Your Voice Integrity Bundle can't be approved when the linked Business Profile is not in twilio-approved status. To use Voice Integrity, create a Business Profile in Trust Hub, submit it for vetting, and connect the Voice Integrity Trust Product to an approved profile.

Possible causes

  • The Business Profile linked to your Voice Integrity Bundle was rejected during vetting.
  • Twilio could not validate some of the business information in the linked profile.
  • The linked profile has not reached the twilio-approved status required to use Trust Products.
  • In the Twilio Console, go to Trust Hub > Customer Profiles and review the rejection reason for the linked Business Profile.
  • Correct the business information that could not be validated, then resubmit the profile for review.
  • Make sure the Voice Integrity Trust Product is linked to a Business Profile in twilio-approved status before you submit it again.
  • Confirm that the phone numbers you want to register are already assigned to that same approved Business Profile before you assign them to the Voice Integrity Trust Product.
