21733: Default Messaging Service Not Found

Twilio could not find the account's default Messaging Service. The outbound message itself should still succeed, but this warning can still appear.

• A default Messaging Service was not created for the account.

• Contact Twilio Messaging Support with the Account SID and error code so the warning can be cleared.
• Confirm that the account has a default Messaging Service. Twilio automatically generates a default Messaging Service for each account upon creation.
