  • A KYC step in your Branded Comms workflow required a call to the Regulatory Identification API, and that communication failed.
  • A temporary internal service issue interrupted the regulatory identification request.
  • Retry the request after a short wait.
  • If you are onboarding through a Trust Hub workflow, submit the KYC step again after the retry window. Trust Hub uses KYC verification to confirm customer identity for advanced communications services.
  • If the error continues, contact Support for help with the failed KYC or branded onboarding request.
