To try out Agent Copilot and Unified Profiles, request access from the CustomerAI page in Flex Console. Agent Copilot and Unified Profiles are currently in beta and access is limited. After you sign up, one of our team members will contact you by email.
If you are selected to participate in this beta, our team will work with you on next steps to set up Agent Copilot and Unified Profiles.
Agent Copilot and Unified Profiles require Flex UI 2.6.0 or later. You must be using a paid Flex account, not a free trial account. These features also require Flex Conversations (not legacy Messaging).
