This error occurs when the Business Profile linked to your voice registration does not contain a valid US business address. Voice Integrity requires an approved Primary or Secondary Business Profile with a valid US business address and the correct ISO country code.
- The Business Profile address is outside the United States.
- The address country is not set to
US. - The business address is incomplete and is missing required fields such as street address, city, state or province, or postal code.
- Update the Business Profile in Trust Hub to use the business's physical US street address.
- Set the address country ISO code to
US. - Complete all required address fields, including street address, city, state or province, and postal code.
- If the profile was rejected, review the rejection reason, correct the address information, and resubmit the profile or registration.
