Twilio Login

All new Twilio SendGrid signups and teammates use Twilio Login. Twilio Login manages all new users of Twilio Comms, SendGrid, and Segment accounts.

Twilio Login enables Twilio users to use their Twilio email, password, and authentication settings across Twilio Comms, Segment, and SendGrid.

Twilio Login improves user convenience, security, and access management across Twilio's suite of products.


Use the Twilio Login navigation

This navigation bar displays a new button in the top-left corner of the Console. The button shows your Twilio SendGrid parent account name or subuser username. Admins can use it to impersonate subusers, and users with multiple accounts can use it to switch between accounts.

The navigation bar provides the following features:

  • Offers a consistent experience across all of your Twilio products.
  • Allows navigation between Twilio, SendGrid, or Segment Consoles.
  • Provides a home for your Twilio user profile.

Twilio Login manages part of your Twilio SendGrid account details. The following table lists the administrative functions of the Twilio and SendGrid tools.

Product SwitcherSwitch between Twilio Comms, Twilio SendGrid, and Twilio Segment. Click the four squares in the top right-hand corner of the Console, select the desired product.
