  4. Upload a photo of your government ID.
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen for selfie verification.

Secondary compliance profile

If your business manages additional brands or businesses, register for a secondary compliance profile. A secondary compliance profile manages distinct business identities that relate to the primary compliance profile. Create a secondary profile when the brand you want to register differs from the managing company. You must have an approved primary business compliance profile before you can create a secondary compliance profile.

Info

To create secondary compliance profiles via API, see the secondary compliance profile API. To delete secondary compliance profiles, use the Trust Hub API or contact Twilio support(link takes you to an external page). You can't delete secondary compliance profiles through the new beta Console.

After submitting your compliance profile, the operations team will review the data and set the profile status to In Review. This can take up to 48 hours. When complete, Twilio updates the profile status as Approved or Rejected. Twilio also sends you an email with your profile status.

Approval of a compliance profile indicates that the information provided meets Twilio's requirements. It doesn't constitute a determination or certification of compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
