Branded Calling


Brand your outbound calls with your business name, call reason, and logo. This is available in select countries. Learn more about Branded Calling.

To create a registration for your branded calling:

  1. Navigate to Products & Services > Trust Hub > Registrations(link takes you to an external page).
  2. Select the Branded calling tab on the Registrations page.
  3. Click Create registration.
  4. Provide these details about your Branded Calling registration:
    • The destination country: The country to which you'll be placing phone calls.
    • The Branded Calling type: This option only appears if you select U.S. as the destination country. Choose from Enhanced Branded Calling or Basic Branded Calling.
    • Select use case: Choose the best use case that matches the reason you're making calls.
    • Whether you're a direct customer or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Reseller, or Partner.
