Voice Integrity

Remediate spam labels on your US phone numbers by registering your numbers with Voice Integrity.

Twilio submits your phone numbers to carriers' analytics vendors Verizon (TNS), T-Mobile (First Orion), and AT&T (Hiya), who review your numbers and may update how they are labeled. You can also track your numbers' reputation over time.

If you want to bulk assign phone numbers, use the Trust Hub API.

To register your numbers with Voice Integrity:

  1. Navigate to Products & Services > Trust Hub > Registrations(link takes you to an external page).
  2. Select the Voice Integrity tab on the Registrations page.
  3. Click Create registration.
  4. Provide basic information for your Voice Integrity registration:
    • Registration-friendly name
    • Your compliance profile
