Introducing Error Codes for Customer Profiles
We're enhancing our trust hub customer profile rejection process by introducing error codes, which will include the description, possible causes, and possible solutions. The current rejection reasons will be part of the error description. This change aims to provide clearer information to our customers when a profile is rejected.
The new error codes will be associated with rejected customer profiles. The detailed information for the error codes will be readily available on Twilio’s Error and Warning Dictionary, ensuring easy access for our customers. We will also proactively communicate detailed information about these error codes via email and webhooks. Additionally, the same information will be available on Twilio Console, ensuring that our customers are well-informed and supported throughout the process.

Current List of Trust Hub Customer Profiles Error Codes:
- Error code 18601 - The association between business name and website cannot be verified
- Error code 18602 - The Business ID you provided could not be verified
- Error code 18603 - The address could not be verified
- Error code 18604 - Unable to verify Authorized representative #1
- Error code 18605 - Unable to verify Authorized representative #2.
- Error code 18606 - The Email domain doesn't match the website domain
- Error code 18607 - Customer Profile or Trust Product is not eligible to be copied
- Error code 18608 - Customer Profile or Trust Product is already copied
- Error code 18609 - Ineligible Business Registration Authority
