Multi-Language Transcriptions and Language Operators are now available in Voice Intelligence
Twilio is introducing multi-language support for Voice Intelligence Transcriptions and Language Operators.
With this update, Voice Intelligence now transcribes call recordings in 15 new languages, enhancing accuracy and reliability of transcriptions across supported languages, and improved handling of dialects and accents for more precise understanding.

With this update, Voice Intelligence now transcribes call recordings in 15 new languages, enhancing accuracy and reliability of transcriptions across supported languages, and improved handling of dialects and accents for more precise understanding.
Supported languages: Danish-Denmark (da-DK), Dutch - Netherlands (nl-NL), English - Australia (en-AU), English - United Kingdom (en-GB), English - United States (en-US), French - France (fr-FR), German - Germany (de-DE), Italian - Italy (it-IT), Norwegian - Norway (no-NO), Polish - Poland (pl-PL), Portuguese - Brazil (pt-BR), Portuguese - Portugal (pt-PT), Spanish - Mexico (es-MX), Spanish - Spain (es-ES), Spanish - US (es-US) and Swedish - Sweden (sv-SE).
To start using multi-language transcriptions, select one of the 16 languages during the creation of the Service on the Twilio Console or set the language_code
parameter on the Service Resource creation through the API.
Custom Operators and Pre-built Language Operators also support multi-language.
