[U.S. A2P 10DLC] Penalty Fee Alert and Report Deprecated

In July 2022, we launched a feature that gives customers the ability to view 10DLC phone numbers incurring unregistered penalty charges in Twilio Console. As of November 17th 2023, this feature is deprecated.

As an alternative, customers can now use the A2P registration status tool to request a .csv download of all the numbers on their primary/sub accounts and view their most up to date A2P Registration Status.
