Answering Machine Detection (AMD) Filtering in Voice Insights Dashboard

We're pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of Answering Machine Detection (AMD) filtering in the Voice Insights Dashboard in Console.

Previously, we introduced the capability to access the results of Answering Machine Detection (AMD) via the Voice Insights Call Summary API. Now, you can further refine these insights visually by using AMD to filter your calls in the Voice Insights Dashboard. This provides crucial understanding of the end user behavior. For example, you can now identify the number of your calls which were answered by a human, filtered by specifics such as region or phone number.

Additionally, you can view the engagement levels of these calls by observing the average length of a call over time, or analyzing the historical fluctuation of the answer rate. This visual representation of data empowers you to take proactive measures for enhancing customer engagement and increasing call answer rates.
