Voice Insights - Branded Calling Insights Public Beta Launch
Voice Insights Advanced Features customers who are also Branded Calling customers can now view the Branded calling metrics in Voice Insights Call Summary and Call Summaries APIs. The new fields will be available within the Trust property of the API.
With this release, customers can easily monitor calls that were branded calling enabled, along with the Branded Trust Product Bundle SID and display name shown in the calls. Customers will be able to measure the ROI of their branded calling campaigns by monitoring the call completion rate of the calls which were branded enabled. Furthermore, if Answering Machine Detection (AMD) was enabled for these calls, customers can utilize Voice Insights Call Summary API, to ascertain whether the branded calls were answered by a person or redirected to voicemail.
