You can now filter your Twilio Health Score for Messaging by channel. Get deeper insight into channel-specific performance for SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Apple Messages for Business, and Facebook Messenger, so you can track and proactively troubleshoot across channels.
And with the new Read Receipt Rate metric you can assess audience attention and content visibility beyond delivery. Eligible channels are RCS, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
