Twilio Console Improvements for WhatsApp ISVs
Approved WhatsApp ISVs no longer need to fill out the WhatsApp Request Access form for new End Clients
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who are onboarding their customers (End Clients) to WhatsApp no longer need to submit the WhatsApp Request Access form before submitting WhatsApp Sender Requests. ISVs can now submit their End Client's information (name, email, and Meta Business Manager ID) when submitting the first WhatsApp Sender Request for a new End Client.
ISVs will still need to make sure their End Clients accept the WhatsApp terms of service once submitting their first WhatsApp Sender Request for a new End Client.
The request access form is still required for any new ISVs that have not approved by Twilio. ISVs may not onboard new End Clients until they have fill out the form and have received approval by Twilio.
