Link Shortening and Message Scheduling Advanced Insights Dashboard Now GA!
Messaging Insights real-time dashboards provide out-of-the-box analytics on every message. In addition to standard delivery insights, Engagement Suite users can now gain an understanding of message scheduling and engagement such as clicks and click through rates (CTR).
Link Shortening users can now monitor SMS, MMS, or WhatsApp messages with company-branded shortened links in Console Insights, including numbers of links created and resolved (clicked).
Additionally, messages scheduled in the future, up to 35 days in advance, are also available to view in Console Insights to help users monitor their scheduling pattern.
